Yes. We do our best to match you with a support worker who suits your personality, needs, and preferences. We also aim to provide consistent support workers so you build a genuine relationship over time.
We work as quickly as possible to get support in place. For urgent situations, we do our best to fast-track arrangements. In most cases, support can begin within a few days of completing the intake process.
