Rates

The indicative hourly rates below apply to our aged care services delivered under the Australian Government's Support at Home program. Your final fees depend on your assessment, care plan, and any government contribution you're eligible for.

How much does the Government contribute towards the cost? +

The amount the government will contribute towards the cost of your care depends on which services you access through Support at Home. If you have:

  • ›Clinical care services, including nursing and allied health — the government will pay for the entire cost.
  • ›Independence services, such as personal care or respite — the government will pay at least 50% of the cost.
  • ›Everyday living services, such as cleaning and meals — the government will pay at least 20% of the cost.

You will be required to pay for the remainder of the costs.
